Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Pass

The Playa Soleil & Bora Bora Season Pass provides access and exclusive benefits at selected events held in both venues during the current Ibiza season.

Pass registration and management will be handled exclusively through the official platform.

Once the registration period has ended, the pass holder will be able to consult on the platform the parties, events, and benefits included with the pass.

2. Personal and Non-transferable Nature

The Season Pass is personal and non-transferable.

Each pass will be linked to a unique, named QR code tied to the identity of the registered holder during the sign-up process.

The organization may request identification documents at any time to verify pass ownership.

3. Access and Validation

To access Playa Soleil or Bora Bora using the Season Pass, it will be mandatory to present both the valid personal QR code and a current official identity document (DNI, NIE, or passport).

Access will not be granted to any person who does not present both items.

4. Access Conditions

Holding a Season Pass does not guarantee immediate or priority entry to the venue.

Access will always be subject to the venue capacity, schedules set for each event, internal admission policies, and operational and security conditions.

The organization reserves the right of admission in accordance with current regulations.

5. Included Benefits

The benefits associated with the Season Pass may vary depending on the event type, date, schedule, and available capacity.

Included events and specific conditions will be communicated on the official platform once the registration period has ended.

6. Misuse

Any fraudulent use of the pass, QR duplication, transfer to third parties, or data manipulation may lead to immediate cancellation of the pass, denial of entry, and permanent restriction of future access, without any right to compensation or refund.

7. Modifications

The organization reserves the right to modify, update, or partially or fully cancel the Season Pass conditions, as well as the related benefits, schedules, and included events, without prior notice.

8. Legal Access Reminder

Please remember that you must present your personal QR code at the door together with a valid identity document (DNI, NIE, or passport). Entry will not be allowed without a QR code or valid identification.

The organization reserves the right to modify the Season Pass rules without prior notice. The validity of entry times may vary depending on the venue capacity status.

9. Data Protection

The personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used exclusively for Season Pass management and communications related to Playa Soleil and Bora Bora.

10. Acceptance of Conditions

Registering for and using the Season Pass implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
